Full refund
Within 14 days of purchase, if you haven't used the bought minutes, write to support@bgmremover.com and we refund in full. No form to fill.
Failed jobs
Minutes are only consumed when a separation finishes. Failed jobs are refunded automatically — you never pay for a crash.
After use
If minutes were partially used and you're unhappy with the results, write to us anyway. Small amounts, honest case — we'd rather return your money than argue.
